Information collected
When the enquiry form is enabled, it will collect the name, email address, optional organisation, and message provided by the visitor. A one-way hash of the connection address and limited browser information may be retained to reduce abuse and investigate security events.
The current public brochure site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. If analytics are added later, they should be privacy-conscious and documented here.
Please do not submit passwords, identification documents, financial records, health information, client records, or other sensitive material through the public form.
How it is used
Enquiry information is used to understand the request, respond to the sender, decide whether a project conversation is appropriate, and protect the website against misuse. It is not intended for sale or unrelated advertising.
Retention
Unsuccessful or irrelevant enquiries should be deleted promptly. Legitimate business correspondence may be retained where reasonably needed for the relationship, legal obligations, dispute handling, or business records.
Security
The site uses transport encryption, server-side validation, restricted database access, and administrative controls appropriate to the hosting environment. No internet service can promise absolute security, so sensitive information should move through a separately agreed channel.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of enquiry information, subject to any legitimate record-keeping obligation. A verified privacy contact address will be added before the enquiry form is activated.
Last reviewed: 26 June 2026. The enquiry form remains disabled until production email and database handling are confirmed.
